HVF Avadi Junior Technician Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: NAC/NTC from NCVT/SCVT in relevant trade.
  • For some posts (Operator, Rigger, Blaster): 10th + 2 years experience acceptable.
  • Preference to HVF/Ordnance apprentice holders.
  • No written exam – Selection on qualification + trade test (qualifying only).

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Pay: ₹21,000/month
  • Special Allowance: 5% of basic pay
  • Fixed Allowance: ₹3,000/month (Medical + Conveyance + Telecom)
  • IDA: As applicable
  • Annual Increment: 3% every year
  • Job Type: Contractual (initially 1 year, extendable up to 4 years)

    1. Merit List – Based on ITI/NAC/NTC final marks
    2. Trade Test (Practical) – Qualifying in nature
    3. Document Verification
    4. Medical Examination
