HVF Avadi Junior Technician Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: NAC/NTC from NCVT/SCVT in relevant trade.
- For some posts (Operator, Rigger, Blaster): 10th + 2 years experience acceptable.
- Preference to HVF/Ordnance apprentice holders.
- No written exam – Selection on qualification + trade test (qualifying only).
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Pay: ₹21,000/month
- Special Allowance: 5% of basic pay
- Fixed Allowance: ₹3,000/month (Medical + Conveyance + Telecom)
- IDA: As applicable
- Annual Increment: 3% every year
- Job Type: Contractual (initially 1 year, extendable up to 4 years)
