IBPS Specialist Officer Recruitment 2025 : Selection Process
The selection for IBPS SO 2025 will be carried out in three stages:
1️⃣ Preliminary Examination (Qualifying Only)
- Conducted to shortlist candidates for the Main Exam.
- Marks not counted for final selection.
2️⃣ Main Examination
- Tests Professional Knowledge relevant to the post.
- Marks counted for merit ranking.
3️⃣ Interview
- Conducted by Participating Banks in coordination with IBPS.
- Final merit is based on Mains + Interview performance.
📝 Final Selection = Marks in Main Exam (80%) + Interview (20%)
