Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has released the official notification for Subedar Stenographer and ASI (Ministerial/Stenographer) Recruitment Test 2025. A total of 500 vacancies will be filled under this recruitment. Eligible candidates can apply online from 03 October 2025 to 17 October 2025. The MPESB (Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board) will conduct the recruitment process for Subedar (Stenographer) and ASI (Ministerial) in the following stages:
- Written Examination (Computer-Based Test)
- Skill Test (Typing/Stenography Test)
- Document Verification (DV)
- Medical Examination

Final Selection
The final merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the Written Examination (CBT) only.
Skill test, DV, and Medical are qualifying in nature.
7-Day Preparation Plan
📅 Day 1:
Revise MP GK & General Awareness (focus on current affairs and MP-specific topics).
📅 Day 2:
Practice Hindi Grammar & Vocabulary – focus on correction and comprehension.
📅 Day 3:
Work on Mathematics – Percentages, Ratio, Time & Work, and Data Interpretation.
📅 Day 4:
Focus on English Grammar – Error detection, Voice, and Reading passages.
📅 Day 5:
Revise Computer Knowledge – MS Office, Internet, and shortcuts.
📅 Day 6:
Take Full-Length Mock Test (100 questions) and analyze mistakes.
📅 Day 7:
Revise weak areas + typing/steno practice for at least 1 hour.
