Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (Post-wise):
- Assistant Secretary: Master’s Degree + 5 years experience
- Assistant Professor/Assistant Director: Master’s/PhD + NET/SET
- Accounts Officer: CA/ICWA/M.Com + experience
- Superintendent/Junior Assistant: Graduation + computer knowledge
- Junior Accountant: B.Com + computer knowledge
- Junior Translation Officer: Graduation with Hindi/English proficiency
Age Limit: Varies by post (generally 30-40 years) with relaxations for reserved categories.
Selection Process
- Tier 1: Written Examination (Objective Type)
- Tier 2: Skill Test (where applicable for stenography/typing)
- Interview
- Document Verification & Medical Examination
Salary
- Group A: Level 10-12 (₹56,100 – ₹2,08,700)
- Group B: Level 6-8 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
- Group C: Level 4-6 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)
