Eligibility Criteria
- Assistant Manager (Official Language): Postgraduate degree with Hindi and English, plus 1 year experience.
- Assistant Manager (IT): B.E., B.Tech, or MCA in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Management Trainee (Marketing): MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Management Trainee (Accounts): CA, CMA, or relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Junior Commercial Executive: B.Sc. Agriculture.
- Junior Assistant (Accounts): B.Com.
- Junior Assistant (General): Graduation in any discipline.
Age Limit
- Assistant Manager Posts: 18 to 32 years.
- Other Posts: 18 to 30 years.
- Age relaxation applies as per rules.

- Educational certificates and mark sheets.
- Experience certificate, if required.
- Category certificate, if applicable.
