Passed / Appearing Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy.
Note : B.Tech Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical Technology Candidates Are Not Eligible.

Cast Certificate Instruction :  OBC and EWS certificate should be issued after 01 April 2025.
Photo Instruction : The photograph should be full face, from front, with white background and without spectacles along with the name of the candidate and date of photograph should be written on the photograph.
