Eligibility Criteria
- For JRF & Assistant Professor:
Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Third Gender).
OR Candidates appearing in the final year of Master’s degree are also eligible. - Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025):
- JRF: Max. 30 Years
- Assistant Professor: No Age Limit
- Age relaxation as per Govt. rules.

- Mode of Exam: Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Type of Questions: Objective Type (MCQs)
- Paper I: General Teaching & Research Aptitude (Common)
- Paper II: Subject Specific (Based on candidate’s PG subject)
- Total Marks: 300
- Total Questions: 150
- Duration: 3 Hours (Single Session)
