The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released Advt No. RBISB/BA/02/2025‑26, inviting applications for 28 Specialist Officer positions in Grade A (Assistant Manager) and Grade B (Manager/Legal Officer). Eligible candidates can apply online from 11 July 2025 to 31 July 2025.

1. RBI Grade B – Officer (General, DEPR, DSIM)

🧭 Phase I: Prelims (All Posts)

  • Mode: Online MCQ
  • Total Questions/Marks: 200 / 200
  • Duration: 120 minutes
  • Negative Marking: –0.25 per wrong answer
  • Marks Qualify Only; not added to final merit

DEPR & DSIM: Refer to advanced economics/statistics curriculum (PG level) and English writing

Rajbhasha Officer: English and Hindi grammar, translation techniques, official language mandates

Legal Officer: Constitutional Law, Contract, RBI regulations, commercial law, essay writing

Manager Technical (Civil/Electrical): Complete BE syllabus in respective discipline (structural, geotechnical, power systems, control systems, etc.)
