Educational Qualification

🎯 Selection Process
There is no written examination for Apprentice recruitment. Selection is purely merit-based.

Merit Calculation
| Category | Marks Distribution |

| Fresher (10th pass) | 10th marks converted to 200 marks |
| Fresher (12th pass / MLT) | 12th marks (PCB) converted to 200 marks |
| Ex-ITI | 10th marks = 100 marks + ITI marks = 100 marks (Total: 200 marks) |
Tie-Breaker Rule: If two candidates have same marks, the older candidate gets preference. If DOB is also same, the candidate who passed 10th earlier gets preference
💰 Stipend Details
Selected apprentices will receive monthly stipend during the training period:

Stipend Increase
- 2nd Year: 10% increase over the prescribed minimum
