Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- MBBS degree from a university recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Must be registered practitioner under Madras Medical Registration Act, 1914.
- Completion of House Surgeon (CRRI) training of at least 12 months.
- Must be registered with Tamil Nadu Medical Council on or before notification date (21/11/2025).
Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025):
- Others: Max 37 years
- SCs, SCAs, STs, MBC/DNCs, BCs, BCMs: No maximum age limit (up to 60 years)
- PwBD: Up to 47 years
- Ex-servicemen: Up to 48 years

Salary Details

Level 22 Pay Matrix: ₹56,100 – ₹2,05,700 per month

Selection Process

Computer Based Test (CBT) with 100 objective type questions (Medical Science, UG level)
Tamil Eligibility Test of SSLC standard (for all but DAP candidates)
Incentive marks awarded for COVID-19 service in Govt institutions
No oral interview
Certificate/document verification for shortlisted candidates
