Eligibility Criteria
- CS & IT: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT, or M.Sc in relevant subjects, or MCA.
- Data Science & AI: B.E./B.Tech in Data Science / AI or related branches as per notification.
- Electronics & Communication: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / ECE / Telecommunication and allied branches.
- A valid GATE 2024 / 2025 / 2026 score in the relevant paper is compulsory for all disciplines.
Age Limit
- General / EWS: Up to 30 years.
- OBC (NCL): Up to 33 years.
- SC / ST: Up to 35 years.
- PwD (relevant categories): Up to 40 years as per rules.

- Passport-size photograph.
- Signature.
- GATE 2024/2025/2026 scorecard.
- Educational certificates and mark sheets (B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA etc.).

- Pay Level: Level‑10 (Central Government).
- Basic Pay: ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500 per month.
- Total monthly salary is around ₹1 lakh+ including allowances.
